Terms of Service

UIReady is a subscription website for practising frontend interview questions in a browser-based coding environment. We provide practice questions, reference solutions, starter code, and automated tests. We are an educational product — we are not a recruiter, and we do not guarantee that you will pass any interview or receive any job offer.

You sign in through Google, GitHub, Microsoft. We never see or store a password. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for keeping access to the email address you signed up with.

• Accounts are for one person. Do not share your account or your credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Purchases on UIReady are sold by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your transaction, processes your payment, and is responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Dodo Payments’s terms and privacy policy. Your card statement may show Dodo Payments rather than UIReady.

• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 1-year access is a single payment that does not renew. It ends one year after purchase.
• Lifetime access is a single payment that does not renew. “Lifetime” means for as long as UIReady continues to operate this service — it is not a guarantee of any particular period, and it is tied to your account and is not transferable.
• Regional pricing. We show lower prices in some countries. We determine your country from your network connection. Using a VPN or other means to obtain a price for a country you are not in is a breach of these terms, and we may cancel the order or charge the difference.

We may change our prices. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made: one-time purchases are unaffected, and existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as the subscription stays active.

Your subscription buys you personal access to our content. It does not transfer ownership of it. You agree not to:

• Republish, resell, or redistribute our questions, solutions, or tests — in whole or in part, including to public repositories, course material, or another practice site.
• Share your account, or pool one account across a team or classroom.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site, or use automated means to extract content beyond normal personal use.
• Attempt to bypass our paywall, access another user’s data, or interfere with the security or availability of the service.

You are welcome to use anything you learn here — including the techniques and patterns — in your own work, interviews, and job. The restriction is on redistributing our material itself.

The code you write in the workspace is yours. We store it so we can show you your own progress, and we do not claim ownership of it.

Everything we publish — questions, solutions, explanations, diagrams, tests, and the site itself — remains our intellectual property and is licensed to you for personal use only, for as long as your access lasts.

We work to keep UIReady available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We add, change, and occasionally remove questions and features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely and you hold an unexpired 1-year or lifetime plan, we will give reasonable notice and offer a pro-rated refund where that is fair.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — in particular for redistributing our content, sharing accounts, or fraudulent chargebacks. Where the breach is not serious, we will contact you first. If we close your account for a breach, we are not obliged to refund it.

UIReady is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or lost earnings. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use UIReady after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
